Description

Currently seeking a Spares Manager to join our Houston, TX (Hobby Airport) location.

Responsibilities of the Spares Manager include, but are not limited to:

Responding to customer inquiries regarding company products and services
Processing customer phone orders
Checking availability of stock and shipping dates
Quoting prices, filling order to customer specifications and processing sales data via computer, invoicing, updating spreadsheet of parts and prices.
Assisting the outside sales by preparing price quotes and sourcing products
May require working from multiple facilites

Qualifications of the Spares Manager include, but are not limited to:

Previous expereince in project and business development in oild and gas industry
Excellent communication skills
Should be ambitious and able to work independently
Must have experience performing a majority of the functions
Prior inside sales/customer service experience
Data entry skills, organization, multitasking and customer focus is required
Needs to have at least 2 years' experience in sales and accounting
