    Pay Rate: $18.75 per hour for part-time roles.

    Sign-On Bonus: $500 for external applicants.

    Devereux offers a supportive and educational environment at the Children's Behavioral Health Center, where you'll collaborate with dedicated professionals to support individuals in need. The center provides programs for children and adolescents facing acute psychiatric crises, creating a safe and compassionate inpatient setting.

    Qualifications:

    Education & Experience: High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related discipline. Ideal candidates possess empathy, effective communication skills, and a passion for working with individuals with special needs.

    Physical Requirements: Ability to engage in physical interventions and meet safety standards.

    Work Environment: Safety protocols and protective equipment are provided to ensure a secure work environment.

    Devereux maintains a zero-tolerance policy for abuse and actively promotes a culture of reporting any incidents.
