Divergent has invented a complete manufacturing solution to address system level challenges. The Divergent Adaptive Production System (DAPS) is a complete software hardware solution designed to replace traditional vehicle manufacturing. To make the complex simple, it is a complete modular digital factory for complex structures.

Given a set of digital requirements as input, the machine automatically computationally engineers, additively manufactures, and assembles any complex structure.

The system is able to move seamlessly between manufacturing different vehicle models.

Responsibilities:

Refine and maintain the company's financial models, including revenue models and cost models used to inform strategic decisions
You will work closely with the senior leadership team to develop investor materials and assist in facilitating due diligence for equity and debt financings
You will assist in evaluating M&A opportunities, including conducting due diligence and supporting financial modeling
You will work closely with Divergent's Program Management Office (PMO) to understand customer needs and develop bespoke analyses to drive quoting and pricing strategies.
You will develop presentation materials and participate in discussions with Divergent customers. This involves supporting existing programs and exploring new program opportunities.
You will evaluate and analyze new business and market opportunities to drive customer strategies and R&D priorities
You will work closely with our program and technical teams to support development of solution briefs, white papers, and responses to requests for information
You will work with senior leadership to develop and implement various other strategic projects, including supporting the legal department, finance department, and engineering departments
Skills:
Financial modeling and analysis is a core strength
You bring both analytical and creative perspectives to each problem blending the two in a compelling narrative comes naturally
You know how to prioritize an 80%/20% solution, but you don't mind getting in the weeds to push the final 20% across the line
You communicate clearly and concisely, both in written and verbal form

Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or a similar role in a fastpaced environment
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, finance, or a related field
Knowledge of generative design, additive manufacturing, and robotic assembly systems is preferred
Knowledge of the DoD acquisition cycle is preferred

- $135,000 - $155,000 a year
