Description
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Dietitian team. The Clinical Dietitian will play a vital role in providing nutritional care and guidance by following standard regulatory requirements.


Essential Job Functions

  • Screen and assess and to evaluate patients nutritional needs and develop individualized diet plans.
  • Provide nutrition therapy
  • Monitor and assess patient progress, making adjustments to diet plans as necessary.
  • Educate patients on healthy eating habits, food selection, and preparation.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Utilize health coaching techniques to motivate patients towards healthier lifestyles.
  • Assist in the supervision of dietary workers ensuring quality food service

Knowledge and Skilled required

  • Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Registered Dietitian (RD) certification and lisenced in the state of Illinois
  • Experience in clinical nutrition, patient assessment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members.

Pay:
From $26.00 per hour
