One has partnered with a boutique plaintiff's litigation firm that is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Attorney to join their legal team.

The Junior Attorney, you will assist in various legal matters and provide support to senior attorneys.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent law school graduate or an attorney with limited experience to gain valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic legal environment.

Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research and analysis on various issues
Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs
Assist with preparation for litigation
Review and analyze legal documents and agreements
Participate in negotiations and settlement discussions
Provide legal administrative support as needed
Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies

Experience:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
Admitted to practice law in the state of California
Minimum of 12 years of litigation experience
Strong research and writing skills
Proficient in legal drafting and document review
Familiarity with Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis research platforms
Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound recommendations
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Detailoriented with strong organizational abilities
