Talent Acquisition Manager


As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be a highly motivated individual who is responsible for managing and supporting the day-to-day efforts of our Talent Acquisition Recruiting and Sourcing Team.

This position manages responsibilities in the following areas:

recruitment and sourcing, resume review/phone screens, tracking/organizing data, posting positions on job boards, offer letters and working with the location team members to expedite onboarding process for new team members.

Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance

Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time to hire, hire )Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches)Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniquesRecommend ways to improve our employer brandCoordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needsParticipate in job fairs and career eventsBuild a professional network through relationships with Local PartnersIdentify trends affecting recruiting efforts

  • When needed, plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)

Skills:

Proven experience as talent acquisition manager

  • Experience in fullcycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
Proficient in the use of social media and job boardsWillingness to understand the duties and competencies of different rolesWorking knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databasesExcellent communicatorWell-organized

  • A leader and strategic thinker

Education/Experience


Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Language Ability
Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Write routine reports and correspondence. Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.


Mathematical Ability
Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Compute rate, ratio and percent, and draw and interpret bar graphs.


Reasoning Ability

Travel Requirements
Traveling up to 10% as needed within region/territory. Have reliable means of transportation. Meet requirements of our Motor Vehicle policy.
