As one of the most successful and innovative personnel service companies in Germany, we are currently seeking a Senior Accountant (m/f/d) for our renowned client in Shamokin, PA. This position is a direct hire.

Your responsibilities:

  • Management of all accounting business processes, booking of all business transactions (using M3) for various companies
  • Monitoring of individual and flatrate value adjustments
  • Monitoring of accounts payable and accounts receivable management
  • Management of provisions
  • Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB and IFRS
  • Reconciliation and confirmation of group netting for individual companies (INFOR M3 +TM5)
  • Monitoring/support of treasury activities, including cash flow forecasting
  • Support in projects such as system implementation (ERP, Cashforce), preparation and review of reports
  • If necessary, acting as a substitute for the Accounting Manager

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training or degree with a focus on finance and additional qualification as a certified accountant or equivalent
  • Several years of professional experience in the abovementioned areas of responsibility
  • Strong knowledge of balance sheets according to HGB and IFRS
  • High IT affinity, proficient in working with ERP systems, experience with INFO M3 is desirable
  • Project management and leadership experience, particularly in managing change processes and motivating employees
  • Excellent numerical understanding and analytical and precise working style with a broad perspective
  • Willingness to travel
