Description

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Communicate with team members and doctors to ensure customer satisfaction

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a customer service and veterinary knowledge preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills

Pay:
$ $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
