Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Communicate with team members and doctors to ensure customer satisfaction
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service and veterinary knowledge preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
Pay:
$ $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
