- Bachelors degree in computer science preferred, or relevant technical experience.
- Has 5+ years experience in an IT field, or equivalent relevant work experience.

General Summary:
Unum is seeking an IT Delivery Manager with a strong focus on continuous improvement. In this entry-level management role, you will lead a small to mid-size team of IT professionals operating within agile, infrastructure, or operations teams. Your ability to manage the team's Kanban board for IT service requests from customers is crucial.Responsibilities:

The base salary range for applicants for this position is listed below. Unless actual salary is indicated above in the job description, actual pay will be based on skill, geographical location and experience.
$89,400.00-$174,800.00Additionally, Unum offers a portfolio of benefits and rewards that are competitive and comprehensive including healthcare benefits (health, vision, dental), insurance benefits (short & long-term disability), performance-based incentive plans, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan with an employer match up to 5% and an additional 4.5% contribution whether you contribute to the plan or not.
