    Required Qualifications:

    • Completed training from an accredited nursing school.
    • Active Oregon Registered Nurse License required upon hiring.
    • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification within 30 days of start date.
    • Clean background check mandated by the Department of Human Services (DHS).

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 1 year experience in long term care.
