The Pavilion Behavioral Health System has been the leading provider of behavioral health and addictions treatment for families in Illinois since 1989.

Position Description

Assists with the planning, organizing, and implementing of the Human Resources functions of the hospital.

Duties

  • Keeps Personnel files current with new policies, certifications, licenses, 30day, 90day and annual evaluations, change of status, department and wages form, job descriptions, and annual evaluations and competencies.
  • Conducts telephone reference calls on all prospective employees.
  • Assists in new hire orientations.

Qualifications:

Job requirements section:

Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.


Experience:
Human Resources experience preferred.


Other knowledge/skills:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and work on multiple projects at once. Knowledge with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred. Ability to handle difficult situations with employees in an appropriate manner required.
