    Description

    TransPerfect's Marketing team is hiring for a full-time, permanent Digital Marketing Specialist to help supercharge the company's digital marketing programs.

    If that person is you, then you can expect to jump in with our existing digital team and play a key role in both content creation and execution on strategy for our paid and organic search efforts, ABM programs, email marketing, and web marketing for our services and technologies that help companies reach and succeed in global markets.

    While TransPerfect is already the world's largest provider of language and technology solutions for global business - with over 6,000 worldwide employees and $700 million in annual revenues across 100 global locations – we're still hungry for more. Growth is what drives and defines us in every industry we serve, including Legal, Life Sciences, Retail/E-Commerce, Software/Tech, Financial Services, and Travel. Your role will give you the chance to run campaigns and programs across all these verticals and more, so plan on being a good juggler.

    The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of previous experience in digital marketing – not just executing, but strategizing, planning, and then delivering results. Our team at TransPerfect is lean, which means you'll get the opportunity to wear many hats and impact many areas, so when we talk about your candidacy here, please expect to share how you've been able to succeed across multiple areas of the digital marketing spectrum.

    This isn't a thinking position, it's a thinking and doing position. Everyone gets their hands dirty at TransPerfect. When you own a project, you own it from start to finish. We have resources and vendor partners that help and for whom you will be responsible, but you have the responsibility to ensure that things are done right, and you get the credit at the end when you deliver results.

    And those results need to be reported on – you are accountable for successes and how to build on them, as well as for failures and how to learn from them. Success in this role depends on your ability to accurately and reliably report on KPIs and pivot our strategy in response to them.

    Primary responsibilities will include:

    • Paid and organic search – work with and assist in managing vendor partners and internal resources
    • Email strategy and execution – work collaboratively to build nurture campaigns and templates for sales enablement
    • Campaign content creation and execution – thinking and doing
    • Data-Driven Reporting – what good are results without sharing them clearly and concisely? Lead and demand generation – bring in verifiable new leads
    • ABM – create, tune, and deploy successful programs
    • Social media – help ensure that it's more than just for show
    • Globalize - oversee localization of campaigns and programs for other regions, countries, and markets

    Requirements:

    • 2-4 years previous experience in a digital marketing role with strong preference for candidates experienced in a B2B or agency environment
    • Must be able to demonstrate quantifiable success in previous digital marketing efforts
    • Reliably works independently to complete tasks and asks for help from managers, peers, or other resources when appropriate
    • Ability to manage multiple concurrent strategies across different verticals and channels
    • High-level communication (written and verbal) skills in English
    • Ability to manage large and fluctuating workloads while maintaining agreed service levels and meeting deadlines
    • Travel – 10%

    Education/Certification:

    • Minimum Bachelor's degree or its equivalent, with preference for Marketing, Communications, or other relevant fields.
