JOB SUMMARY:
Transport patients from personal residences to doctors' appointments or hospitals using a company vehicle.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Assist passengers in and out of vehicle based on their individual needs

Able to operate gurneys or wheelchairs

Drive vehicles on predefined route

Ensure vehicle is cleaned at the end of each "drop time" and fueled up properly at the end of the day

Assist in washing vehicles and ensure that they are ready at the designated time each day

Greet passengers and engage them in conversation

Complete necessary paperwork accurately after each route

Responsible for supporting a positive, professional, team-oriented, harassment
- free work environment by understanding and complying with the Employee Handbook and Safety

Policy/Manual and all Human Resources policies, and by demonstrating the Company's values and being a role model for the Company Brand

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Able to lift at least 50 pounds consistently

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 1-2 year related experience and/or training with patient care; or equivalent combination of education and experience; clean DMV record.

EMT Certified optional.

REQUIREMENTS:

A valid driver's license. No DWI convictions on DMV Record. No moving violations or at-fault accident in the last three years. Able to pass drug screen.
