Full-time, on-site PSR Supervisor position at Millennium Park derm practice with hourly comp range of $24-$26.

As the
Supervisor of our Patient Services Team at our downtown Millennium Park dermatology practice, you will lead the team providing superior patient experience and customer service to patients during visits.

Must have flexibility to work every other Saturdays

As the Team Lead, you will
support to the PSR team,
train staff,
enforce office protocol and policy, appropriately
delegate responsibilities,
monitor time management and completion of daily tasks, and
facilitate communication between team and all other staff.

In addition to greeting patients upon arrival, you will conduct check-in/out in an efficient and pleasant manner, schedule appointments, assist patients with completing necessary forms and consents, obtain and verify current insurance information or financial information.

You will answer telephones, process prior authorizations, complete on-demand eligibility checks, verify appointment information, register and create records for new patients, request and record all co-payments, co-insurance, self-pay, product sales, previous balances and monies received in the office, update patient demographic data in practice management system, schedule and re-schedule return appointments according to scheduling guidelines, distribute daily correspondences, and other daily admin duties.

It is located in downtown Chicago at 150 N. Michigan Avenue, across the street from Millennium Park and very close to several CTA train and bus lines
