    Our client, a dynamic manufacturing company is looking to add a Talent Acquisition Manager to their Chicago Team.

    This role will play a critical role in leading our recruitment efforts, attracting top talent, and ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.


    Responsibilities:
    Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.
    Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring timely and efficient hiring processes.
    Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans to meet those needs.

    Utilize a variety of recruitment tools and channels, including social media, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals, to source and attract top talent.

    Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

    Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, such as job fairs, campus recruiting, and industry conferences, to promote the organization and attract potential candidates.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and candidate selection criteria.
    Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment and talent acquisition.
    Collaborate with the HR team to streamline and improve recruitment processes, systems, and tools.


    Qualifications:
    8 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with [3] years in a managerial or leadership role.
    Proven track record of success in recruiting and hiring top talent across various functions and levels.
    Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
    Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
