Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales activities including doortodoor sales, energy sales, and technical sales.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure longterm satisfaction.
- Utilize sales software to track leads, manage customer accounts, and analyze sales data.
- Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus (bilingual or multilingual proficiency).
- Knowledge of solar sales or technical sales is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively convey product information to customers.
Pay:
$100, $300,000.00 per year
Compensation package:
- 1099 contract
- Commission only
- Commission pay
- Monthly bonus
- Uncapped commission
Experience level:
- No experience needed
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Houston, TX preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Houston, TX 77060: Relocate before starting work (required)
