Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Conduct sales activities including doortodoor sales, energy sales, and technical sales.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure longterm satisfaction.
  • Utilize sales software to track leads, manage customer accounts, and analyze sales data.
  • Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus (bilingual or multilingual proficiency).
  • Knowledge of solar sales or technical sales is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively convey product information to customers.

Pay:
$100, $300,000.00 per year


Compensation package:

  • 1099 contract
  • Commission only
  • Commission pay
  • Monthly bonus
  • Uncapped commission

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 12 hour shift

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
