About the Department
Dr.
Arshiya Baig and her team are leading two NIH funded studies with health systems and health centers across Chicago and the Midwest to improve care for adults living with diabetes.
The study team is implementing virtual group visits and diabetes distress screening as part of these studies. The team is working with health center and clinical staff to implement and evaluate these programs.Job Summary
The Research Assistant will work under the direction of Dr. Arshiya Baig within the Section of General Internal Medicine in the Department of Medicine.
Responsibilities
Education:
Minimum requirements include vocational training, apprenticeships or the equivalent experience in related field (not typically required to have a four-year degree).
Experience:
Minimum requirements include knowledge and skills developed through < 2 years of work experience in a related job discipline.
