'''Duties''' - Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish - Oversee and manage a team of construction workers and subcontractors - Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications - Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy and adherence to building codes and regulations - Monitor progress of construction activities and provide regular updates to project stakeholders - Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction - Maintain accurate records of project expenses, materials used, and labor hours '''Experience''' - Proven experience as a Supervisor or Supervisor in the construction industry - In-depth knowledge of construction management processes, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation - Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, schematics, and blueprints - Familiarity with construction software such as HeavyBid, Bluebeam, Prolog, etc. - Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safety protocols - Experience in quality control and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations - Solid understanding of construction estimating principles and practices - Ability to effectively communicate with project stakeholders at all levels - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Pay:
$52, $60,000.00 per year
