***The Digital Solutions Analyst (DSA) is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, analysis of the Martin Luther King Jr. Community Health (MLCH) Salesforce Health Cloud and Market Cloud environments and other digital solutions. Under the direction of the Senior Director, Data Analytics and Digital Solutions, the DSA serves as a trusted steward of data used in the digital environment. The DSA exhibits effective communication skills and is motivated by the desire to enable stakeholders to drive measurable results.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Configure and customize Salesforce features, objects, fields, page layouts, and workflow rules based on business requirements.
  • Manage user profiles, roles, and permission sets to ensure proper access control and security within Salesforce.
  • Perform data imports, exports, and mass updates, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Serve a trusted thought partner with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for CRM and digital solution implementations, establishing success criteria and collaborate to achieve objectives.
  • Conduct training sessions for endusers to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce features and functionality.
  • Analyze and interpret applicable data to provide insights for business decisionmaking.
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams, including administrators, analysts and leadership, to ensure cohesive and effective solutions.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and solutions.
  • Conduct testing to ensure that digital solutions meet specified requirements and quality standards.
  • Meets with management and users to understand reporting requirements.
  • Develops the reporting specification and builds and tests the report against the specifications.
  • Adheres to the MLKCH change management process for break fix and any system changes.
  • Troubleshoots system issues to resolution or escalation to vendor.
  • Exercises independent judgment to determine the appropriate course of action to be taken based on the analysis performed and all possible solutions.
  • Successfully engages in multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • If applicable, monitors and tracks backend jobs and interfaces to ensure efficient operations.
  • Provide afterhours "oncall" support to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure performance and integrity. Log and report audit outcomes.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce updates and features to leverage them for improving business processes.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining a longterm strategic roadmap for health system's digital front door technology.
  • Other duties as assigned.

A. Education

  • Bachelor's degree, Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • Salesforce certification preferred.

B. Qualifications/Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in the Salesforce Health Cloud and Market Cloud. Knowledge of Salesforce features, objects, fields, page layouts and workflow rules.
  • 3+ years' operating in an inpatient or outpatient setting, preferably in a marketing, business development or IT capacity
  • Spreadsheets (Excel) intermediate skills required
  • Business Intelligence (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, etc.) intermediate skills, preferred
