Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Room Preparation: The Testing Center Administrator plays a crucial role in setting up the testing environment.

Identification Verification: Verify the identification of examinees before they begin testing and assist them in finding their designated seats.

Monitoring: Vigilantly monitor students during test sessions to ensure a secure and fair testing environment.

Test Material Management: Assist in the distribution and collection of test materials, maintaining integrity and confidentiality.

Demographic Support: Provide support to examinees in completing demographic information before commencing the test.

Irregularity Reporting: Report any suspected irregularities promptly to the testing coordinator.

Admission Control: Manage the admission of individuals into and out of the testing room.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records by filling out necessary paperwork for various exams.

Technical Proficiency: Possess basic computer troubleshooting skills to address technical issues that may arise.

Flexibility: Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the testing center.

- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday

- Must be willing and able to pass a felony background check.
