- Baking of dough pieces on different oven systems such as wood-fired ovens
- Safety and occupational health at the workplace
- Handling of equipment, machinery, and tools
- Monitoring of dough formation and fermentation processes
- Compliance with hygiene regulations and environmental protection
- Quality assurance measures and control of food products
- Preparation of work processes and teamwork
