For our location in Jena, we are currently looking for a permanent, full-time
(Junior) Application Engineer (m/f/d)
for inspection systems.

Your tasks in detail:

  • As an application engineer, you will be in close contact with our customers, gather requirements, provide technical advice, and develop initial solution proposals.
  • You will be responsible for project preparation and implementation, working closely with colleagues from software and hardware departments.
  • You will commission systems at the customer's site.
  • At trade fairs and customer meetings, you will present our products, provide device instructions, and conduct trainings.

What you need to convince us:

  • A degree in (electro-)technical field, a technician training with relevant work experience, or a comparable qualification.
  • (First) professional experience in electronics/measurement technology, as well as in applications such as LabView or programming languages like C++.
  • Presentation skills, service and customer orientation are important to you.
  • Good German and English skills, with willingness to travel worldwide.
