Your Responsibilities


  • Production of learning materials and creation and maintenance of course materials
  • Development and adaptation of technical and product trainings
  • Preparation and execution of technical online and in-person trainings
  • Preparation and execution of online and in-person product trainings
  • Preparation and execution of onboarding trainings for new sales partners
  • Creation of images, short films, and explanatory videos for training purposes
Your Profile


  • Education as an automotive mechatronics technician with further training as an automotive diagnostician
  • Ideally, experience in adult education and knowledge of andragogical/didactic principles (or willingness to acquire them)
  • Proficient in PC applications such as Word, Excel, and Power-Point
  • Confident demeanor and excellent communication skills
  • High level of independence.
