salary: $15.5 - $16 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll be doing:

This call center position entails efficiently processing email tickets using Zendesk, handling incoming customer calls, and processing orders.

Process 30+ email tickets per hour and handle under 5 calls per hour on average, primarily utilizing Zendesk for email communication.
Under direct supervision, respond to incoming customer calls, fulfilling customer needs to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Process new orders according to customer requests, tracking open orders to ensure prompt completion, checking pricing and availability as necessary.
