Responsibilities

Here's what you'll be doing:

This call center position entails efficiently processing email tickets using Zendesk, handling incoming customer calls, and processing orders.

• Process 30+ email tickets per hour and handle under 5 calls per hour on average, primarily utilizing Zendesk for email communication.
• Under direct supervision, respond to incoming customer calls, fulfilling customer needs to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Process new orders according to customer requests, tracking open orders to ensure prompt completion, checking pricing and availability as necessary.
