Responsibilities:

As an Inside Sales Consultant at J Handsome Homes, you will be responsible for:

Managing leads and prospecting potential clients within the real estate industry
Building and nurturing strong client relationships through effective communication and followups
Setting appointments and coordinating schedules with clients and our sales team
Utilizing real estatespecific CRM and marketing/lead technologies to enhance sales efforts
Collaborating with the team to achieve defined, predictable, and recurring revenue goals

Requirements:

Previous sales experience is preferred but not required
Strong communication and problemsolving skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely
Proficiency in real estatespecific CRM and marketing/lead technologies is advantageous
Ability to embody and uphold our core values: accountability, honesty, and service
