- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications and requirements are met.
- Review and evaluate project plans, drawings, and contracts to identify potential risks and provide solutions.
- Manage and supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, track expenses, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment, and ensure timely delivery to the construction site.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work is performed according to specifications and within established timelines.
- Collaborate with project team members to resolve issues, troubleshoot problems, and make informed decisions.
- Maintain effective communication and build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Prepare and present project reports, including financial analysis, progress updates, and risk assessments.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
