    This is a full-time position with the opportunity for advancement, bonuses, and pay increases based on performance.

    Your Tasks:

    To actively maintain and grow our office operations by enhancing customer and vendor relations, understanding and solving customer and vendor requirements by offering product and service solutions, receiving and distributing communications; logistics management and maintaining office functionality.

    The team member in the Executive Administrative Assistant position creates and manages business transactions with customers, vendors, and other business data such as invoices, payments, logistics, and contracts.

    This is a Perfect Opportunity if you have:

    • Relevant college degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Relevant office operations and project management experience.
    • Strong administration experience
    • Telecommunications proficiency along with email, web and chat communication.
    • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Reliability and Initiative.
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
    • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities.
    • Proficient in information research (Insights and Analytical Skills)
    • Experience in Project Management and QuickBooks is a plus.

    Paid time off:

    1. We offer 1 week annually of paid volunteer time off which allows you to volunteer for the cause of your choosing and we will pay for your time.

    2. We also offer an additional 1 week of paid vacation time that can be used however you would like

    Paid Training and Professional Development: The first 1-2 weeks on board will include 100% paid training via automated training systems that allow you to learn at your own pace. Lessons are delivered through video and audio that allow you to also learn on the go. Ongoing training is also provided.
