Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the coding, forwarding, and posting of invoices in the SAP system
You will handle account reconciliation with suppliers
You will plan and carry out withdrawals of trust funds with the Federal Treasury
You will create master data, maintain creditors and coding objects in the German network
You will handle internal and external inquiries and issues related to trust assets
You will be responsible for the tax assessment of incoming invoices

Your Profile

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship
You have knowledge of SAP
You have knowledge of commercial and tax law
You have excellent written communication skills for addressing customers and shareholders
You have very good MS Office (e.g. Excel) skills
