Security and Safety Specialist (m/f/d) for Emergency and Service Control Center in Stonybrook, PA:

As a company of BAVADO, Alarm Receiving Center GmbH operates its own emergency and service control center according to DIN EN With state-of-the-art technology and high quality and safety standards, we implement individual services and customer requirements.

Our control center team provides 24/7 support for technical systems in the D-A-C-H region and is the central point for all our services.


Your responsibilities include:


  • Receiving and processing incoming messages from technical systems (e.g. elevators).
  • In case of an alarm, forwarding the message to the appropriate intervention service.
  • Scheduling and documenting alarm operations and interventions in our control center software.
  • Handling general telephone service.
