The Information and Technology Services department manages and organizes all IT services for DKMS worldwide.

For a modern and service-oriented organization like DKMS, data security is essential and the use of state-of-the-art technology is crucial.

The Workplace Management Team is responsible for providing a reliable and secure IT work environment. This includes end-user support as well as managing our external service desk.


For our Information and Technology Services department in
