- Service, install, recover, and troubleshoot PC and Mobile computing devices, VOIP phones, and user application problems in the DC. Be the go-to person for all IT-related concerns, handling a variety of software and hardware items across the DC.
- Monitor and ensure the smooth operation of wireless and network systems within the Distribution center.
- Configure, install, and maintain IT equipment in the DC, such as forklift mounted RF units, thin client terminals, laser printers, and specialty label printers.
- Address network, server, and other system issues essential for daily DC production. From pinpointing problems to resolving them, to escalating matters to the appropriate technical support group and keeping management informed.
- Assist in overseeing the weekly production printing for DC distribution, managing inventories, scheduling, and vendor service for OCE printers. This also extends to any other printing needs from IT for the DC and/or Headquarters.
- Monitor systems like SOTI, SCCM, JAMF Pro, and Network utilization to ensure accurate reporting and up-to-date inventories.
- Troubleshoot hardware problems, maintain spare inventories, and handle RMA gear processing for the DC.
- Collaborate with external vendors on projects and ensure their successful completion.
- Evaluate, analyze, and support the computing and IT requirements of DC employees, providing backup assistance to the Headquarters' IT Service Center and End User computing team.
