- Screen Candidates: Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate qualifications, skills, and fit.
- Coordinate Interviews: Schedule and manage interviews to ensure a positive experience for all.
- Engage Candidates: Keep candidates informed of their application status and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Manage Recruitment Process: Oversee the entire recruitment process from job postings to onboarding.
- Stay Informed: Stay updated on industry trends to enhance our recruitment process.
- Enhance Onboarding: Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to improve onboarding processes.
- Maintain Compliance: Ensure compliance with privacy and security requirements.
- Education & Experience: High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred. Human Resources certification is a plus.
- Recruiting Expertise: Demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition or similar roles.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to engage candidates effectively.
