  • About You:_
The ideal Administrative Associate will have great energy and positive attitude to operated in a fast-paced startup environment.

They will help manage and document procedures to ensure that Production meets the needs of Sales, including timely manufacturing, packaging, labeling, tracking and distribution.

Associate will capture, document, and report detailed regulatory data. They maintain a clean and organized work area, and are great communicators. Experience in manufacturing and/or food preparation is a BIG plus

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:_

  • Tracking Sales data, and ensuring Production meets volume and timing needs of Sales and Distribution
  • Tracking manufacturing facility inventory and preparing regulatory reporting
  • Tracking instore inventories and informing Sales department
  • Tracking labeling and packaging requirements
  • Tracking Distribution paperwork and reporting
  • Maintain accurate records of production processes and inventory
  • Follow state regulations as well as company policies and procedures

Qualifications_:_

  • Must be 21 years old
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to monitor multiple tasks and priorities and meet deadlines

Salary:
$ $24.00 per hour
