GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:


Responsible for ensuring that Dunn-Edwards is a great place to work for all store employees and a great place to shop for all guests.

Accountable for leading, teaching, developing, motivating, and directing store associates in a manner that maximizes sales and profit.

Ensures that all staffing requirements are met, company training programs are executed for all store associates and a positive work environment is created for all personnel maximizing associate engagement and productivity.

Creates business plans and actions with the objective of maximizing sales and profitability.

The Store Manager is responsible for ensuring that all company programs are implemented, executed consistently and maintained, while demonstrating a desire to continuously improve current business practices.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Ensures their Dunn-Edwards store maximizes sales and profitability and are accountable for appropriate expense allocations.
  • Maintaining operating budgets and creating action plans to assist in achieving key performance metrics.
  • Lead and empower store employees to assist in their duties of providing an outstanding shopping experience.
