Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales professional to join our team in La Mirada and Las Vegas, NV.

As a Sales representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, negotiating contracts, and closing sales deals. Your primary focus will be on selling logistics services to clients in the freight industry. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong sales skills with an established customer base.


Duties:

• Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Conduct research to identify potential clients and understand their needs and requirements
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate logistics and ensure smooth delivery of services
• Stay uptodate with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in logistics or transportation management systems
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Selfmotivated with a strong drive for achieving sales targets
• Proficient in using CRM software to track leads and manage customer relationships

Pay:
From $50,000.00 per year
