QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in veterinary medicine and front office
Excellent communication skills
Positive attitude and able to listen to clients need and senior staff
Motivated, able to multitask and be efficient
Cleaning/Rooming appointments
Compassionate and patient
Flexible schedule, including working weekends
Willing to learn new task/skills and following hospital protocols


JOB DESCRIPTION:


Check in and out clients:
Input clients information, creating estimates, scheduling appointments, taking payments, etc
Rooming clients and patients
Weighing patients
Answering multiple phone calls.
Write legibly in medical charts and have good reading/comprehension skills
Basic computer skills
Capable of handling carriers and walking dogs with in the clinic
Cleaning, disinfecting (INCLUDING URINE, FECES, VOMIT) Perform other duties as necessary within the Veterinary Practice
