OVERVIEW*:


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
May be required to supervise up to 2 people.
EDUCATION
High School Diploma or Equivalent- Bachelor's Degree Preferred (degree in MIS or Computer Science preferred)
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Ability to think logically and objectively, demonstrating resourcefulness and judgment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to work and deal effectively with others; tact and the ability to obtain cooperation and confidence from supervisors and subordinates in performing official duties.
  • Ability to work with minimum job supervision and a willingness to accept responsibility.
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities and multitask with a high degree of efficiency
  • General skill in reading comprehension, critical thinking, problem solving, troubleshooting,
  • Must be detailed oriented.
  • Other requirements include the ability to adapt to continual change and work with differing levels of technology in fast paced environment.
  • Must be dependable, team player, cooperative, and have high personal and professional integrity.

TYPICAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing, reporting, and distributing project documentation, engineering deliverables, and vendor data in electronic and hard copy format.
  • Responsible for the project data integrity along with its associated data entry.
  • Responsible for quality control audits of data.
  • Responsible for quality customer service for both internal and external customers.
  • Instructs other users on work processes and promotes the use of the project information management systems.
  • Managing project budget.
  • Overtime may be occasionally required.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write reports, correspondence, and instruction documentation. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of clients, managers, designers, and engineers.

Job success often hinges upon interpersonal communication and relationship development skills, and job tasks require frequent interchange and successful completion depends in large part upon effective interaction and communication with others.


MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to work with simple mathematical concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Occasionally may conduct or participate in a field trip to an operating plant or construction site.

This requires normal hearing, the ability to stand, walk, reach, climb and balance, clear close and distance vision, depth perception and the ability to focus.

Lifting up to 25 pounds may be required.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Normal work environment will be a business office with moderate noise. Occasionally may visit an operating plant or construction site.

This may require exposure to outdoor weather conditions, loud noise, working near moving mechanical parts, electrical energy, construction equipment, vibration, fumes, chemicals and airborne particles.
