Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Always provide outstanding guest service.
Respond to machine malfunctions, perform basic tasks in the machine, and determine if Slot Technician assistance is needed.
Meet guest needs for jackpot payouts.
Assist with emergency drops as needed.
Responsible for filling ticket printers as needed.
Must be able to maintain regular and predictable attendance as scheduled.
Must attend and be certified in all applicable training required.
Other departmental duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

The minimum age requirement is 21.
Minimum of one year gaming experience.
Must have strong mathematical skills.
Must have excellent guest service skills.
Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to obtain and retain a gaming license through the Tule River Tribe Gaming Commission.

PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL:

While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to talk and listen.
Regularly required to stand, sit, walk, and use hand to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Must be able to operate in mentally and physically stressful situations.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to work in a noisy and smoke-filled environment.
The noise level is moderate to high on the casino floor.
Exposed daily to flashing lights and ringing bells.
Must be able to perform all essential duties of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

Slot Supervisor

SUPERVISES:
None

HOURS:
The casino operates 24/7. Schedule, shift, and hours will vary.

SALARY
:
$14.50/hr. plus tips / weekly pay / overtime eligible
