The position as a trainee is in the probationary civil service.

Your tasks

You will complete a nationally recognized and diverse two-year qualification program at various municipal and state agencies together with trainees from the Free State of Bavaria.

The final major state examination for entry into the fourth qualification level of the technical and environmental administrative service, specializing in water management, entitles you to use the title "Regierungsbaumeister*in" (government building master).

Successfully passing the exam is a prerequisite for subsequent employment in the civil service in a technically oriented area of the Munich sewage system.

After completing the qualification, there are further development and advancement opportunities.

You will receive an introduction to the technical, legal, and organizational framework of water management.

In addition, you will learn tools for personnel management and project management and participate in interdisciplinary project work in planning groups.

You will complete your practical training at a water management office in Bavaria, participate in further training courses, and intern at various Bavarian authorities.

This also includes a practical section at the Munich sewage system.
