DP CHEMICAL OPERATOR
We're growing and there's never been a more exciting time to join us DuPont currently has openings for Chemical Operators in the Electronics & Industrial Division at our Marlborough site.
Electronics & Industrial Division is a technology leader with a unique depth and breadth of knowledge, wide range of applications and technical expertise, and a vast product portfolio.
Our products serve the semiconductor, advanced chip packaging, circuit board, electronic and industrial finishing, photovoltaic, display, and digital and flexographic printing industries.

Work Hours:
Night shift is 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM.
Day shift is 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM.
The position offers overtime hours contingent on business demand.
As a DP Chemical Operator I, you will produce and package batches of liquid lithographic products for the semiconductor industry.
The DP Chemical Operator 1 performs manufacturing batch processing tasks as specified in written procedures to support the production, packaging, and handling of materials at DuPont Semiconductor Technology, Marlborough, MA.
The position requires a focus on safety, strong communication skills, and a resiliency to attention to detail.Your key responsibilities will be/what you'll do:
Maintain a safe working environment and participate in all required safety programs, training, and activities.
Follow Operating Discipline principles, procedures and practices to ensure safe and efficient operation of assigned plant areas.
Produce batches of lithographic chemical materials by adding raw materials into a chemical vessel.
Handling hazardous raw materials and products with appropriate care and precautions.
Operate and field check process equipment. Monitor process conditions, equipment, and DCS control systems.
Receive direction from area leads/supervisor and complete assigned tasks.
Complete routine and repetitive activities such as labeling, forming and filling boxes, moving materials and equipment.
Requirements:
Minimum requirement of High School Diploma or GED.
Experience in a manufacturing environment and/or clean room is preferred.
Fork Truck operation experience a plus.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Exceptional Attention to Detail.
Self-motivating and hard working.
Physical Requirements:
Light to moderate physical effort required.
Standing/Walking for the majority of the 12-hour shift.
Lifting required occasionally of up to 40 pounds.
Bending, pushing and pulling required on a daily basis.
Ability to occasionally work at table level and/or overhead level as necessary.
Required to wear appropriate PPE.
Required to work in a RESTRICTED electrically classified area for use of flammable and combustible materials.
Work Environment:
Work performed in a plant environment.
Exposure to elements such as odor, noise, dust, heat, cold, chemical and others.
Required to wear appropriate and designated PPE within certain areas of the plant (e.g. hard-hat, goggles, gloves, respirator, cleanroom garment).
