CONSIDERATION REQUIREMENTS:

A valid and clean California drivers license.

Ability and willingness to be job site trained by the owners and follow checklist guidelines for services provided. Training certifications are ongoing and required by Scout SoftWash.

An outgoing passion for serving our customers and providing unequaled service.

Strong ENGLISH communication skills and a proven work ethic.

Job Description:
Window DETAILER Service Tech. leader.

Scout SoftWash service teams provide finished detailed cleanings, communications, and referral generations. YOU MUST BE COMFORTABLE CARRYING AND WORKING UP & DOWN LADDERS. The ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and PASS A LADDER TEST.

We provide 100% Paid training & Mentorship.
