IWTI Building Technology GmbH is a young company within the IWTI Group.

In close cooperation with the well-established IWTI GmbH, which has been in existence for over 10 years, we strengthen and expand the economic and technical consulting in the construction and real estate sector with specific services in building services engineering.

We support our partners in all phases from planning to construction and operation.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaboration with responsible project managers in challenging and diverse construction projects (building services engineering and object planning) mainly in the nonresidential and special building sector in all phases of the HOAI.
Internal interface: to accounting and administration
External interface: commercial cooperation with external project participants, such as planning partners and clients, as well as other parties involved in the planning process
Design and processing of order processes, preparation and review of engineering contracts
Commercial support of ongoing projects: invoicing (HOAI), dunning, invoice review for subcontractors and clarification of payment discrepancies
Coordination of internal invoicing processes and conducting billing discussions
Participation in bid calculation and preparation
Participation in administrative project management
Support of the team in document management, filing, and followup

YOUR PROFILE

Completed commercial training, ideally combined with additional training in the construction industry
Relevant professional experience in a similar position in an architecture or planning office, construction
