Job Description
Looking for an Implementation Coordinator in a Direct Hire Role that involves a fair amount of travel across the US. During your daily work, you will need to be present during different shifts and potentially on weekends when necessary.
The main tasks include rolling out new projects, assisting team members in various branches, and evaluating the effectiveness of applications. You will need to build strong relationships with team members, be an expert in the applications used, and lead the implementation of new enhancements.
When not traveling, you will focus on summarizing observations, identifying training needs, recommending improvements, and collaborating on solutions. Responsibilities include working with team members, serving as the main point of contact for departments, creating training materials, assessing application effectiveness, and participating in testing and training sessions.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Being self-driven, adaptable, and having prior teaching experience are pluses. Fluency in Spanish is a bonus.
Salary Range:
$65,000-$75,000 plus an annual bonus.
