What to expect at Walker Valley:

  • Execution and monitoring of production orders in injection molding and extrusion
  • Operation of control and automation technology
  • Conducting quality checks
  • Evaluating error patterns (error analysis, error correction, error prevention)
  • Sampling of new tools and parts
  • Preparation of raw materials

What we're looking for:

  • A completed apprenticeship as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology
  • Recent graduates are welcome
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Committed, structured, and independent work ethic
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and accuracy in regards to process and product quality
  • Willingness to work in shifts (2-shift operation: morning and afternoon shifts)
  • Communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to work in a clean room environment
