Description
We are currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our team in Alpaugh, CA for our department of Refugees, Integration, and Government Benefits.
This position is initially for a period of 2 years.Your responsibilities with us will include:
- Coordinating and managing the integration process, as well as developing it further.
- Supporting integration managers in local cities and municipalities, as well as coordinating the team within the department.
- Monitoring task completion and ensuring compliance with administrative regulations.
- Serving as a point of contact for the JobKraftwerk software, the Stuttgart Regional Council, volunteers, welfare organizations, and other stakeholders.
- Managing statistics related to the integration process.
Our requirements for you are:
- A degree in Social Work (FH-Diplom or Bachelor of Arts), Social Pedagogy (FH/BA-Diplom or Bachelor of Arts), or Public Management (FH-Diplom or Bachelor of Arts).
- Strong professional and social skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the community.
- Selfmotivated, responsible, and reliable in completing tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with authorities, citizens, superiors, and colleagues.
- Flexibility, creativity, and openness to change and societal developments.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends if needed.
- A valid Class B driver's license, as this position involves fieldwork.
