As a residential area manager, you are responsible for the nursing and organizational care of your living area.

You are the key link between our residents and our employees and coordinate, among other things, care and therapy processes.

What we expect from you:

- comprehensive knowledge of activating basic and treatment care for residents according to recognized nursing standards
- careful nursing documentation
- responsible coordination, management and organization of processes in your living area
- participation in the creation of patient assessments by the Medical Service to determine the care level of our residents
- development and assurance of facility-specific quality standards based on our quality management manual and internal regulations

What you bring:

- completed training as a nursing specialist, state-recognized geriatric nurse, health and nursing nurse, possibly additional qualifications

3 years of professional experience

- proof of a management-related further education according to § 113 SGB XI of at least 460 hours
- a high level of commitment, sense of responsibility, team and conflict management skills, and reliability
- joy and friendliness in dealing with older people as well as employees
- organizational talent
- confident handling of industry-specific software systems (e.g. DAN)
