Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties, such as typing, filing, and data entry
- Assist with DOT Compliance and Recruiting (including but not limited to violations & tickets, as well as ezpass violations, and following up with lawyers)
- Answer phone calls and provide excellent phone etiquette
- Provide administrative support to staff members
- Maintain and organize office supplies and inventory
- Manage all incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist with HR duties: such as unemployment claims, employment verification, and family support forms.
- Assist with insurance claims and worker's compensation claims
- Maintenance Reports
- Weekly
- Print and review reports by Monday. Resolve any issues and submit report by Wednesday.
Experience:
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred but not required
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must speak fluent English and Spanish.
Pay:
$ $22.47 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
Office Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
