Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Perform general office duties, such as typing, filing, and data entry
  • Assist with DOT Compliance and Recruiting (including but not limited to violations & tickets, as well as ezpass violations, and following up with lawyers)
  • Answer phone calls and provide excellent phone etiquette
  • Provide administrative support to staff members
  • Maintain and organize office supplies and inventory
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing mail
  • Assist with HR duties: such as unemployment claims, employment verification, and family support forms.
  • Assist with insurance claims and worker's compensation claims
  • Maintenance Reports
  • Weekly
  • Print and review reports by Monday. Resolve any issues and submit report by Wednesday.

Experience:


  • Previous experience in an office setting is preferred but not required
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must speak fluent English and Spanish.

Pay:
$ $22.47 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Weekends as needed

Experience:

Office Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
