    looking for 2 Dock Supervisors . 5+ years of auto (assembly/JIT). OT and weekends.

    1 C Crew Dock Supervisor opening.

    Shifts:

    • A Crew - Mon-Thur - 5:30am-6:00pm
    • B Crew - Tues-Fri - 5:30pm-6:00am
    • C Crew - Fri-Sat - 5:30am-6:00pm and Sun-Mon - 5:30pm-6:00am

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    Familiar with KPI's? (key performance indicators)

    What performance metrics did you have to hold or did you implement performance metric goals?

    Disciplinary action?

    SAP ERP experience? (Not Crucial, they are installing a new WMS software)

    Training and development experience?

    Problem solving and task completion?
