    What will you be doing?

    As a Customer Success Technical Account Manager at Leapfin, you will blend your accounting and analytical expertise in a customer-facing role, focusing on solving clients' complex challenges. This pivotal position allows you to enhance customer success, contribute to market strategies, and influence product development while working on meaningful accounting challenges.

    This is a dynamic role where you can shape our customer success strategies and grow within a thriving startup atmosphere. You will engage with cutting-edge technologies, collaborate with a talented team, and empower top brands to meet their financial objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Consultative Approach: Become a knowledgeable Leapfin resource, leveraging your technical accounting and data analysis background to guide customers in best practices for utilizing Leapfin and its integration partners like Stripe and Netsuite.
    • Technical Accounting Expertise: Utilize your GAAP knowledge to partner with innovative customers, providing insights on intricate accounting challenges. While you're not an auditor, your understanding of what auditors seek will be invaluable.
    • Data Solutioning: Identify and resolve accounting-related data issues while working with large datasets and complex accounting scenarios.
    • Technical Implementations: Work alongside the Customer Success team, using your analytical skills to develop and deliver data solutions during customer implementations.

    • Enthusiasm for New Technology: A curiosity about emerging technologies, including AI, and an inclination to incorporate them into your daily work.
    • Technical Acumen: Proficient in SQL, databases, and APIs.

    • Problem Solver: A natural problem solver who thrives on challenges, whether involving chess strategies or SQL queries.
    • Adaptability: Able to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth startup environment and willing to assist across various functions to support customers.

    Location: Ideally based in the Bay Area, but remote applicants will be considered.
